155Mbps PECL and TTL Unsymmetrical Bi-Di Transceiver
Our 155Mbps Bi-directional optical transceiver DLTM.3-SB35-1S/P and DLMT.3-SB53-1S/P are designed for single mode fiber and operate at a wavelength of 1,310nm PECL port 1,550nm TTL port transmitting and receiving function for Gigabit Ethernet applications.
DLTM.3-SB35-1S/P and DLMT. 3-SB53-1S/P adopt 1 x 9 pin-out with one SC or Pigtail optical connector. These modules operate with a single +3.3Vpower supply over operating temperature range of -20°C to +75°C.
All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements in accordance with the US FDA/CDRH and international IEC-825 standards
